So, what do you do to meditate after you've relaxed as much as you can? Take the focus of your attention and shift if from the relaxing you'd been doing to something that won't move. Like a candle flame, or if you have inquisitive animals in your house a picture. Actually, a spot on the wall will do nicely. Try, and be kind to yourself as you do this, to keep the focus of your attention on the one thing. And when that focus wavers, bring it back gently, over and over again. In the beginning you might only be able to do this for 5 minutes at a time. But, don't worry. Your times of meditation will increase naturally as you become accustomed to doing this.
