Yesterday, I spent close to 12 hours working on the Talking to Spirit website. I have been working closely with ChatGPT to determine how to utilize HTML code to customize settings beyond what is typical for many people using Blogger as their platform. Yesterday, I reviewed the 11 pages I have on the site. Some of these were written years ago and needed a nice edit. Other than punctuation, I left the channeling as it was written by Seth or the other guides intact. It was their speech. I felt I should not change it.
What I was able to do was write a page description for
all of the pages. This will be important once Google begins spidering the
pages. What I discovered is that the old pages, the ones on different platforms,
and there have been two of those, Pair.com and BlueHost.com, are all now
pointing to 404 pages. Meaning, “Oops! This page is gone.”
In talking to ChatGPT, I have a few options available. I can
go to the Google Analytics Dashboard and do something there to request
spidering, and I can also change and personalize the 404 error page with a
redirect or something like that. I’ve got a lot of under-the-hood tweaking to
do today.
I have to remind myself that even technical details like
that matter a great deal when it comes to an important site. And I’m also
reminded this morning that I should periodically review each post and all the
pages to ensure everything looks okay. It’s work I wasn’t doing before. The
site was up and running.
Would you allow me to interject?
Oh, certainly. You’re always more fun to listen to than I
am.
I wouldn’t say that particularly, but yes, I am a
change as it were. As this website is about talking to spirit, it might be
something to consider that each of your blog posts has space devoted to Spirit.
It need not necessarily be me. It could be anyone, but for now, I am pleased to
be a part of this project.
Can I ask a question?
Certainly, it is what I am here for. Others might see
the sort of information you are seeking and ask their own questions as well.
Okay, I guess everybody asks this question once in a while.
Talking to Spirit has been important to me ever since I started channeling.
And that would be in 1993, correct?
Yes. But the drive to push at it. Sometimes I get tired,
Seth. I’m sorry, but I just get tired.
Well, that is entirely understandable for any sort of
project a person has. Consider being a mother. You’re sort of stuck there for
the rest of your life, aren’t you?
Yes, you’ve got a point.
Part of becoming a person who claims to be in tune is
the idea that being in tune is not a constant thing. There are ups and there
are downs in everyone’s lives. The excitement of a birthday party, the
celebration of a marriage, or graduating from school. Your first job. And then
comes the mundane, where it is no longer as exciting as it was. There is the
hard work that ensues, and this is true for everyone. What you are experiencing
is the backlash of a very busy month. One, where you made the decision to
devote a lot of time to transferring your website. To bring back information
that hasn’t seen the light of day for at least five years, and one where you
will be channeling more often than before. I know we speak privately all the
time, but this, what I am doing now? This is public; this will be available to
more than just yourself.
The other things this month was an interruption of
service for your internet and your telephone. Another was your refrigerator
dying, dealing with the insurance company, buying a new refrigerator when the
insurance company did not respond quickly, and throwing away a lot of food that
had gone bad. Had these things been allotted their own months to happen, you
might have stayed complacently in your usual schedule.
Are you saying I needed this?
Yes.
Um.
Um? That’s what you have to say? Um?
Well, yes, I hadn’t looked at it like that. I have to digest
this. And, you are right. Everything happens for a reason. And, the other thing
you’ve said in the past is that if you ignore what your inner self is saying to
you, things tend to become sort of dramatic. I’d been wondering about all the
strange things that happened this month. It just seemed like a lot. Yes, it
would have been easier to have them happen one at a time, but yes, they got my
attention. I’m not sure why. Other than maybe it had to do with where I was
spending so much of my time with the writing.
And, not channeling publicly.
Well, there is that too. Tested my patience, that’s for
sure.
Thanks, everybody, for reading. I'll sign this off for the both of us. I haven't done that before, but I think it is appropriate.
