Does Spirit Grant You Wishes?

It’s not as easy as asking for a multicolored beachball or a vacation on a cruise ship. I mean, you can ask all you want, but the likelihood of Spirit granting that is about the same as playing a game of horseshoes. I think.

We’ve been taught all our lives that we need to work for what we want or even need. It is through hard work that your dreams come true.

However, you could work your fingers to the bone and never get your heart’s desire.

Personally, I think it is equal parts of Spirit and being open and willing to jump at opportunities that do the most good. There is something called the Laws of Manifestation. I first came across the idea when I was reading a book called Creating Money by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. I recommend that you give it a read. What they talked about was surrounding yourself with the things that you desire—pictures either from the internet or that you draw yourself. Think of the thing often. I think people call it a Vision Board.

Then, it is interesting because you will begin to notice this thing more often. If you’ve picked out a specific kind of car that you want, down to the paint job, you will begin seeing it everywhere. Not the same car, but just a lot of them. Yesterday you hadn’t noticed them, now you can’t go a mile, and there is one in a parking lot or passing you on the freeway.

Okay, so you’re broke. Busted. Tapped out. Essentially, no money. A shift opens up at work. Okay. You see somebody who needs their lawn mown. You see a notice at the coffee shop that somebody needs a typist. All these opportunities are starting to come your way, so you can have the money to buy whatever you want so badly. Is it magic? Well, you’ve got to get the job done, but yes, it is sort of magic.

Was it Spirit that did this for you, or did you hone your focus more? Is this the way you can get promoted at work? I don’t know.

Figure it this way – Bad guys are good because they will never, ever let an opportunity to get it easy slip through their fingers. Their antennae are out and waving. Be like that bad guy. Only, be the good person you are, except that now you will be open to opportunities to manifest the stuff or conditions you want in your life.

It won’t be easy. You might need to go to school for a few more years if what you want requires that, but just keep thinking about it. You’ll get there.
